Salma Hayek is a romantic one.
She just got married to Frenchman Francois-Henri Pinault Saturday in Paris.
It was Valentines Day.
The wedding was a small one, and followed a troublesome romance. The two met in Italy in 2006, announced their engagement and had a baby, Valentina Paloma. Last year they ended the engagement, but reconciled a few months later.
Mexican born Hayek, 42, was nominated for an Oscar in 2003 for the film "Frida," the biography of the painter Frida Kahlo, and is one of the executive producers of the television series "Ugly Betty". She has recently been seen in a recurring role with Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin on "30 Rock".
Pinault, 46, is chief executive of the French retail group PPR SA, which owns high-end brands like Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Puma.
Salma will next be seen this August in the action thriller "Cirque du Freak", starring John C. Reilly, Willem Dafoe, Jane Krakowski and young Josh Hutcherson.
The film tells the story of a young boy named Darren Shan (Chris Massoglia), who meets a mystifying man at a freak show who turns out to be a Vampire. After his encounter, Darren must leave his normal life and go on the road with the Cirque Du Freak and become a Vampire.
